Why do I have a stuffy nose in pregnancy?
Pregnancy rhinitis — extra blood flow swells the mucous membranes, causing congestion and easier nosebleeds with no cold behind it. Saline sprays and humid air help; check with a pharmacist before using decongestants, as many aren't recommended in pregnancy.
