Quick answer — What is sheet-pan salmon, new potatoes & green veg?

A simple, one-tray family dinner of salmon, new potatoes and green vegetables — a straightforward way to hit the recommended weekly oily fish portion for the whole family with minimal effort and washing-up.

Oily fish is recommended once or twice a week for the whole family, and this sheet-pan approach makes it as low-effort as any other traybake.

## Ingredients

 * 4 salmon fillets
* 500g new potatoes, halved
* 200g green beans or broccoli
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* Lemon wedges, to serve

## Method

 * Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
* Toss the halved new potatoes in olive oil on a baking tray and roast for 15 minutes.
* Add the salmon fillets and green vegetables to the tray, drizzle with a little more oil, and roast for a further 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
* Check the salmon thoroughly for any small bones before serving to young children, and flake into smaller pieces.
* Serve with lemon wedges for the adults.

## Tips

 * Flake the salmon and check carefully for bones on younger children's plates specifically — it's worth the extra thirty seconds.
* Swap in whatever green vegetable is in season or in the fridge.
