Quick answer — What is no-added-sugar fruit lollies?

Blended fruit frozen into lolly moulds, swirled with plain yogurt — a genuinely sugar-free alternative to shop-bought ice lollies, using only the natural sweetness of ripe fruit. A good hot-weather treat and a stealthy way to add a fruit portion.

Shop-bought ice lollies are often surprisingly sugar-heavy; these use only the fruit's own sweetness and a swirl of yogurt for creaminess.

## Ingredients

 * 200g ripe mango or mixed berries
* 100g full-fat plain yogurt (omit for a dairy-free version)

## Method

 * Blend the fruit until smooth (add a splash of water if needed).
* Spoon alternating layers of fruit purée and yogurt into lolly moulds, swirling gently with a skewer.
* Insert lolly sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
* Run the mould briefly under warm water to release.

## Tips

 * Supervise toddlers eating lollies on a stick, and stop before they reach the very end.
* Frozen banana blended in makes the texture creamier without needing more yogurt.
